The Racker is a long sleeve, closed with a drawstring at one end, designed to hold Mahjongg racks, with or without, pushers.

The large Zini is a zippered flat bottom bag sized to hold 165 mahjong tiles (one large Zini will not hold larger Siamese tiles )
